Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with soilid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 incl Demolition of Precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as spfd & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as spfd and directed.

Dismantling existing U/S energy meter by disconnecting electrical connections from board and depositing the same in AGE office store yard, S & F two wire tampar proof Electronic energy meter in polycarbonated body with LCD display in class 1.0 as per IS 13779/IEC 61036, IP-54 ,50Hz,240Volts,AC,2.5 - 30 Amps, single phase , 240 V on and including suitable size teakwood board complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting /taking down carefully ceiling fan from existing position , dismantling , overhauling and cleaning throughly , oiling /greasing and rehanging at same or new locations after replacing split pins , check nuts, rubber seal etc and re- assemble duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed. Note:Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

M&L for taking out burnt copper winding from Ceiling Fan of 1200 mm size and rewinding with existing /same guage of super enammeled copper winding wire complete and refixing at same or new location all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearing for Ceiling fan after and including taking down old ball bearing complete all as reqd at site , specified and directed.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 Mfd +- 5% 440 Volt AC 50 Hz after removing old defective condensor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting with one coat of spray paint with white enamelled paint on external surface of ceiling Fan of any size complete after duly prepared the surfaces by rubbing with wire mesh,washing with soap water complete including writing of MES Number all as specified and directed

Disconnecting /taking down carefully Exhaust Fan of any size from existing position , dismantling , overhauling and cleaning throughly , oiling /greasing and rehanging after replacing split pins , check nuts, rubber seal bushes etc and re- assemble duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity up to 25/35/50 ltr dismantling inner tank and outer tank , pipe assembly, cleaning throughly with descalling liquid compound , overhauling complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet , welding of inner tank if required at site rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15 mm dia , reassembling the same at existing /new location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site , testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

Taking down carefully flate-plate solar collector storage solar water heater of capacity up to 100 ltr dismantling inner tank and outer tank , pipe assembly, cleaning throughly with descalling liquid compound , overhauling complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet , welding of inner tank if required at site,laser/ultrasonic welding for bonding fin and raiser tube, repair of copper bracing for bonding of header and raiser making leak proof, repair & repalcement of back and side insulation material, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 20 mm dia , reassembling the same at existing location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site ,repair/ welding of MS structure for collector stand, testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.
