SCHEDULE 'A'

Removal of existing APP water proofing treatment any type , un-reinforced , any description and in any position and thrown away out side the Coast Guard area.

M&L PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in base of PVC water tank and for any other purpose including nececessaryform work if any all as specified & Directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid 3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instruction on RCC slab all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & Directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 500 & not exc 1000 Ltrs capacity setting aside ( lowering and hoisting if required) reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning etc.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs.

S&F 750 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

All as per item No 1.07 but capacity 1000 ltrs.

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 0.60 kg per sq. m including cleaning surfaces over bituminious primer.

M&L laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt.not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced torched application complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia galvanized iron and connections and removing/shifting to site/store, including cleaning for relaying/ re-fixing where directed.

All as per item No 1.11 but 20mm dia.

All as per item No 1.11 but 25mm dia.

Re-fixing only tubes 15mm bore galvanized iron as directed incl. reneval of threading/tread cutting at ends of GI pipes fixing to wall or laid in floor and joining incl. S&F new fitting such as socket, bends, elbows, union ect all as specified & Directed of size

All as per item No 1.14 but 20mm bore.

All as per item No 1.14 but 25mm bore.

M&L GI pipeTube, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 15mm bore.

All as per item No 1.17 but 20mm dia.

S&F in repairs PVC rain water pipe of dia 110mm single socketed in any length with fixed to walls including all fittings all as specified.

S&F in repairs bends of any radius of dia 110 mm complete all as specified

S&F in repairs 25 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

S&F in repair stop valve/angle cock chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipes, 20mm bore complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L Rendering 15mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying one coat of primer and two coats of cement base paint.

S&F Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions

Ditto-but to curved surface

Extra over item No 1.27 & 1.28 above for any sunk or curved moulding

S&F size of grid 605 x 605 mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre

Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified

S&F 12.5mm plain archi. Designed plaster of paris cornices for vertical/horizontal claddings to decorate designer false ceilings facia with using POP base adhesives.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in coping etc incl weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl necessary form work .

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

M&L for preparation of ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer

S&F in repair C.I. grating round 150 mm all as specified

S&F in repair stop valve/angle cock chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipes, 25mm bore complete all as specified.
