M&L for isolating the HT supply of transformer, disconnecting HT and LT connections of transformer by opening clamps, bus bar extension and isolating the cables from outdoor type transformer of 100 KVA to 630 KVA capacity, checking of transformer pressure release valve, oil condition and carrying out tests such as HV/LV megger test, ratio test, magnetic balance test, short circuit test including opening the inspection cover/ top lid after draining out of oil as required to check the lead condition from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/ jointing etc, and charging the transformer after making all necessary connections/ assembly & control circuits all as specified and as directed. [Note: Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge after the job is completed]

Taking down unserviceable sheet gasket (Cork sheet), Supply and fix synthetic rubberized cork sheet gasket 6mm thick for top cover HT/LT bushes at places existing and tightening all the bushings and top cover to avoid any oil leakages for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Taking down defective tap changer assembly from transformer, Supply and fix offload tap changer assembly suitable for transformer of any make up to 750 KVA capacity with 7 tapping positions including opening top cover, conservator etc. all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of standby Transformer of any capacity from any sub station to other locations at NSB, NP area by road, disconnecting and removing the existing faulty transformer and installation of standby transformer, making necessary HT/LT cable connections, earth connections and restoration of power supply including necessary T&P like hydraulic crane, truck, slings etc. all as specified and as directed

Supply and replace danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20cm size all as directed.

Decarburizing/cleaning complete LT 415 Volts 3 phase panel/ bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing electric / mechanical connections of old LT UG CABLE from MCCB of existing LT Panel of size from 16 sqmm to 100 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt end/ jointed area and after refixing with new aluminium thimble /lugs set , incl covered with proper insulated tape, clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc all as specefied and directed by engr -in-charge.

M&L for Removing electric / mechanical connections of old LT UG CABLE from MCCB of existing LT Panel of size from 120 sqmm to 240 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt end/ jointed area and after refixing to MCCB/ACB with new aluminium thimble /lugs set , incl covered with proper insulated tape, clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc all as specefied and directed by engr -in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of in-door/ out-door type transformers of capacity 160 KVA to 630 KVA using coarse cloth / brush, , and painting throughout externally on exposed surfaces with two coats of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint including one coat of white wash for base foundation of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair silica gel breather assembly transparent type suitable for 160 KVA to 630 KVA transformers complete including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete including necessary GI fittings all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of silica gel in breather of transformers suitable for 160 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 50X6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earthing test point including watering arrangement with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick precast RCC cover in Type B1, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of Schedule Part-I 2009 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion

M&L for detecting HT/LT UG cable faults located in any stretch / depth with cable fault locator consisting of microprocessor based, identification instrument, cable tracer for exact location of under ground cable routes complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of rental charges for T&P like entire cable fault locating instrument, charges for operator and transportation etc complete.

M&L for re-windings of HT distribution transformers of any capacity/ size/ type by strip opening of HT coils (i.e. Primary coils) from core assembly safely, unwinding the HT (i.e. Primary coils) complete, removing the old defective insulation paper, rewinding with new copper wire of same gauge and existing size together with new DPC insulation to the copper conductor, varnishing of the windings including heating/ drying/ backing complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc. all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for re-insulating of LT strip of transformers of any capacity/ type by insulating with copper strip as per same gauge and existing size together with new insulated materials/ bracings before placing in to the transformer and assembling the coil with new insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer complete all as directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 50 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer/ OCB/ FRMUs etc at various locations complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Make: Poweroil/ Transol/ Sabitha Chemicals]

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers/ FRMUs installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of the LT porcelain bushings complete of following capacity distribution transformers of existing transformer make/ size/ type all as directed including dismantling old one.
