CONSTRUCTION OF SHED AND FOUNDATION FOR CENTRIFUGAL AIR COMPRESSOR

Preparation of work site by all means including dismantling the light post, cutting of all vegetations, trees, etc. levelling the site as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation by mechanical/ manual means upto 1.5 m depth for foundations, watertanks, drains, columns footings equipment foundations, etc exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including dewatering if required, providing shoring/ structing/sheet piling as protective measure based on the site condition, back filling the excavated portions in the sides of foundation, retaining walls etc. with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess soil or filling in low lying area and levelling anywhere with in the company premises at places pointed out by the engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing the bituminous roads including removing the soling and metaling, disposal of debrices at places pointed out anywhere within the company premises.

Dismantling and removing Brick masonry works including disposal of debrices at places pointed out any where within the company premises.

Supplying and Laying of Granular sub base (GSB) material with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 0.075 mm to 75 mm) having CBR Value-30, after preparing the surface, removing any vegetations if any, including laying of graded base material, spreading evenly in uniform layers of desired thickness, compacting with suitable capacity vibratory/ power rollers to achieve the desired density, to neat lines and levels to achieve uniform slop etc. complete. as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete work 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. for foundation levelling course, flooring, etc.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-30 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cement considered for this item shall be 340kg/m3)

Additional rate for using extra cement in the item of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein (Rate shall be for the additional cement used in excess of 340kg/m3)

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including cost of all materials all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for foundations, columns, beams, slabs etc upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including cost of all materials all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for columns, beams, slabs etc from plinth level upto level V.

Reinforced Cement Concrete work 1:1.5:3 for PreCast Slab ,guard stones etc. using 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,laying,cost of necessary form work,consolidating ,curing etc.complete but excluding cost of reinforcement .

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stones for increasing the height of the dyke wall portion including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, vibrating, consolidating, curing,etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement .

Providing centering, shuttering for foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concreting, etc. including hire for materials, making required provisions for foundation pockets, cost of labour providing shuttering oil to surfaces in contact with concrete, etc. complete (Measurement to be made for the area of shuttering coming in contact with concrete only).

Providing centering, shuttering,including strutting, propping, fixing and removing straight or curved shuttering in concrete during casting including making provisions for core holes for pipe lines, pockets,insert plates etc. of all sizes and shapes for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders etc. including hire for materials, cost of labour providing shuttering oil to surfaces in contact with concrete, etc. complete (Measurement to be made for the area of shuttering coming in contact with concrete only).

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of bars, labour, wires, cover blocks etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, for an average thickness of 15 mm , one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels to rough faces of brick masonry, rubble masonry etc.

Painting to outside walls with premium quality acrylic emulsion exterior paints(Excel, Apex,.etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights

Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural steel work for posts, trusses etc., with structural steel items, including supplying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope of drawing for trusses, purlins, louver brackets, runners, bracings, stair cases, platforms, hand rails,ladder, threaded sag rods, splices, etc. with M.S angles, ISMBs, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding/ bolting, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts etc. complete. (Stuctural steels shall be VIZAG/ SAIL/ TISCO).

Providing corrugated roofing using roof sheets reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing corrugated adjustable ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 2mm thick Transparent polycarbonate sheet for roofing/ cladding, including cost of GI bolts, bitumen washer, neccessary overlap, labour,conveyance of all fitting materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 25 mm shalitex or Equivalent joint filler, as per ASTM D1751, filling the gap b/w board and foundation with M Sand, including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting of base of equipment, foundation bolts, pockets, pipe sleaves etc. at all levels with non shrink epoxy grout GP3 or equivalent make including cost of all labour, materials, shuttering, etc, complete as per the specification of manufactures and direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling dry M sand in cable/pipe trenches including removing the existing RCC cover slabs, cleaning the trenches carefully without damaging the cables/pipe,relaying the RCC cover slabs in the original positions after filling the trenches with dry M sand , pointing/ plastering the joints with cement mortar 1:4 etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing 4” dia PVC down water pipe (4kg/cm2 pressure pipe) of approved quality, all required PVC specials such as tees,bends, elbows, unions, reducers, adapters, coupling ,jointing materials like solvent cement, bolts, nuts, rubber washers, etc at all heights.

Supply of unskilled labours (male helpers) with all tools and tackels for doing miscellaneous works which are not covered under shedule of items. The rate quoted shall be for mandays of 8 hrs.

Providing and laying PVC Square Gutter (150 mm width) of approved make with all required specials in lines and levels over the brackets already provided, making the joints of gutter leak proof, including cost of PVC gutter,specials and labour etc. complete.
