Repair work on the underground drain and flooring within the premises of the Kazipur Madrasa Ward No. 27

CIVIL WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil incluidng filling lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches including all T&P etc. complete As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 251.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm, gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in fondation including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 281.

Providing and fixing 200 mm unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes approved quality conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving . 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (i) single sockedted pipes

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 305.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 584.

Supply and Fixing of precast reinforced cement concrete man hole cover made with angle iron frame size (27"x16") including supply of frame, R.C.C. Cover, fixing, labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying Cement Concrete road, slab consisting of 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm gauge stone ballast over prepared sub-grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber and including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, finished to required template as directed by E/I. but excluding cost metal required for reflection of the sub-grade As per UPPWD SOR 2022 S.I. No. 773.

Providing and Laying Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard joints with neat cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shed of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 (1-cement and 4-coarse sand) dark shed using ordinary cement including cutting, wastage, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete As per S.I. No. 27-CPWD 11:20:3

Supply and Fixing of Granite stone display board with fixing in brick masonry wall, lettering & painting including supply of all material, labour, plastering etc. complete required for proper completion of the work.
