Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1) cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform in all leads and lifts.

Centering ari shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams. suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Fixing of Precast SFRC Manhole Cover with Frame conforming to IS-12592 (Part - 1)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm dia (Medium Duty) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less 4.5 Kg/Sqcm including fitting the joints with approved adhesive complete with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials.

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and separately) (i) 160Φ, ΡΝ 4.0, PE-80
