FLAME PROOF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F flame proof MCB DB SPN, 230 V, 6 Way, Horizontal, double door type powder coated sheet steel enclosurewith following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) MCB SPN 32 AMP 'C' curve type - 01 No. (b) MCB SP 6 AMP 'C ' curve type - 4 Nos.

S&F flame proof MCB DB TPN, 230 V, 12 Way, Horizontal double door type powder coated sheet steel enclosure with following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) MCCB FP 100 AMP - 01 No. (b) MCB TPN 50 A 'C ' curve type - 03 Nos.

S&F MCB DB SPN, 4 Way, horizontal, double door type, powder coated sheet steel enclosure with following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) MCB SPN 20 Amp - 01 No. (b) MCB SP 6 Amp - 02 Nos.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for making connection in DI line of size 150 mm dia and insertion of GI Tee unequal of size reducer tee with flange type with all fittings, of any size upto 50 mm, connecting GI pipe of required size complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, intsall, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar box design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2, by CPRI approved manufacturer, alongwith FAT, floor mounted power coated comprising, cubicle type floor mounted outdoor type made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet weather proof hinged cover with locking arrangement suitable size to accommodate the following controls complete wiring of panel & installation all as specified and directed:- (a) MCCB FP 100 Amp 16 KA - 01 No. (I/C) (b) MCCB FP 63 Amp 16 KA - 02 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 32 Amp 10 KA - 01 No. (d) Ammeter (0 - 200 A) - 03 Nos. (e) Voltmeter (0 - 500 V) - 01 No. (f) CTs (0 - 200 A) - 01 Set. (g) Busbar 200 Amps - 1 Set.

S&F weather proof/ shock proof SMC junction box, pole mounted, hinged door, size 295mm x 195mm x 100mm comprising of aluminium busbar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp MCBs for controlling the street light fitting including PVC sheathed FRLS copper stranded conductor 1.5 Sqmm two core connected through pole from steet light fitting to PVC box complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

M&L for PVC insulated, FRLS round sheathed, bright annealed bare copper conductor heavy duty industrial cable of size 6.0 Sqmm, 2.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED aviation obstruction light 12 Watt with light dependent sensor, IP 65 protected complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electrostatic discharge (ESD) touch plate 150mm x 150mm made out of stainless steel on acrylic backing, brushed effect, decay time less than 2 Sec, resistance to ground 2.2 Mega Ohm with copper cord complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING

S&F CO2 type fire extinguisher of 9 Litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fire extinguisher dry chemical powder type (ABC) 9 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel sheet fire bucket 9 ltr red colour round bottom complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fire beater 14" x 17" with 6' wooden handle red colour all as specified and directed.

S&F fire hook with 6 feet wooden handle redcoluor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and jointing, pipe ductile Iron, S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100mm dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron foot valve 80mm dia as per fire standards including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F valve, reflex with bypass arrangement of size 80mm dia including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning automisation of the following for priming line complete all as specified and directed.

Pressure switches universal type with necessary control wiring.

Supply, fabricate, erect, testing and commissioning LT panel design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers, alongwith FAT, floor mounted power coated, totally enclosed, weather and vermin proof, 650 Volts, 50 c/s AC supply, factory made, fully compartmentalized made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 1.6mm thick for non load bearing portions, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS-2147 of 1962 complete with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint including suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports, excavation and earthwork, PCC foundation etc, indoor, cubical type as required with and including the following supplied and fitted connected/ internally connected complete all as specified and directed:-

(g) Indicating lamps - 03 Nos. (I/C) (h) Star delta automatic starter 12.5 HP - 01 No. (j) Star delta automatic starter 20 HP - 01 No. (k) Accessories including for main and jockey pump operation like three pole power contactors, three phase of suitable capacity for pump star delta and automatic operation starter with timer, over load relay, AUX contactor, On/ Off indicating lamps, start/ stop push buttons, single phase preventors, arrangement for automatic operation of pumps with pressure switches, internal wiring with copper conductor complete for Jockey Pump, main Pump and Diesel engine driven Pump - 1 lot.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1000mm (internal dimension) in PCC block masonary built in CM (1:6) with MS cover 3.0 mm thick and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC foundation, PCC bed/ coping in cement concrete, plastering including painting with two coats of bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
