Excavation in earthwork in hilly areasssss in all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, Jan, 2014 clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of useful material for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, with in all lids and liftsfilling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge.If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. Nominal mix 1:6:12 (One cement:Six Sand:Tweleve stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls as per drawings & technical specification per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand: six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement: five sand: ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls as per drawings & technical specification per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause-702, 704, 1202 & 1206 in Random Rubble Masonry in cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand) including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry work in Cement Mortor for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause-702, 704, 1202 & 1206 in Cement Mortor 1:5(One cement : five ) (2nd sort).and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble stone flooring complete as per drawing and technical specifications ( hauling of material) in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.and technical specifcation clause 1303.3 including

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1206.3 and 1604.7 as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-chargee within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine Hundred millimetre) pipe NP3 including jointing for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.45x0.25mtr (zero point forty five into zero point two five metre) having 10 cm (ten centimetre) thick in cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grade, diamensions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including excavation and form work hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Parapets with cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work HPPWD as per drawing and technical specification. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads Jan.2014 clauses 1703. (Ordinary Kilometer stone precast) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade 200 mtrs. (Two hundred metre)stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:26 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads Jan. 2014 clause 1703. (200 mtr stone precast) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Nabard information board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing three MS plate 1.6 mm thick Top and Middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (Twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre)the iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame on middle plate will be welded to 2 No. 75x75 of twelve SWG sheet tubes parts dully embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade block 150x450x600x47mm of 125 SWG steel plates tubes. All MS will be stove enameled on both side dettering and painting arrows border etc. will be painted with synthetic enameled paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of frame post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and clase 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed as per HPPWD Specifications.including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub grade completed as per HPPWD Specifications. MORD specification clause 303 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site uptoal leads and lifts spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) nominal size to water bound macadam specifications including in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening and binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II as per technical specifications clause 405 by manual means including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes to water bond macadum spcification i/c spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per technical specification 405 by manual means including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) (Slow setting-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg per sqm (zero point eight five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) (Rapid setting-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg per sqm (zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six milimetres) crushed stone aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable palnt, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type -B as per technical specification clause 506 by mechnical means with Bitumen(S-90)/VG-10(S ninety/ VG ten) including hauling/ carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type 'B' as per technical specification clause 508 by mechnical means (S-90)/VG-10 grade bitumen including hauling/carriage of material through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per the directionof Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
