Providin, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range as per most/morth specifications) to wet- Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in maechnical mix plant, carraige of mixed materail by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in a uniform layers with mechnical pever finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface andcompacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density and compacted thickness complete as per specifications (75 mm compacted thickness).

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating and spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc. and finally brooming the surface (As per required specification including cost and carriage of materials involved upto the site of work complete). WBM surface @ 0.75 kg per sqm.

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted premix bituminous macadam base course with stone agg of quality size and grading as specified in MOST specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone agg and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including all lifts leads costs and carriages of materials upto site of work, tools, plant, equipments and all allied machinery labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work, complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen complete job.

Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 2.88 kgs/sqm with the laid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 tone capacity road roller to achieve the reqd. compaction and density including rolling and finishing complete includint cost and carriage of all materials involved from source to site of work complete including cost and carriage of bitumen. Providing and laying 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed from aggregate using art strain and bitumen @ 0.786 Kg per Sqm of road surface including mixing with hot mix plant laid with paver finisher fitted with electronic fencing device to required gradient levels and alignment and consolidation with PRR roller to achieve desired compaction as per MOST specification including all leads lifts carriage up to site of work including cost of bitumen.

P/L 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine agg (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen of V.G 10 grade @ 128kg per cum of fine agg ( 0.768 kg of bitumen/Sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine agg per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete as per MOST specifications including all lifts leads costs and carriages of materials up to site of work, tools, plant, equipments and all allied machinery labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work, complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen complete job.
