GENERAL-AM 2025-26-Perikkallore LI Scheme in Mullenkolly Panchayath-Annual Maintenance-General Electrical Work

OD29109/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 30-60 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter through out the year as required ( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD29253/2025-2026:Shifting 30-60 HP motor from the pump house to control room after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD29259/2025-2026:Shifting 1-5 HP motor from the pump house to control room after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD29324/2025-2026:Bring the 30-60 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) from the control room back to the pump house, and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD29298/2025-2026:Bring the 1-5HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) from the control room back to the pump house and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

2.1.3:Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.100 Amp TP&N

2.10.4:Supplying and fixing 5A to 32 A rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, ""C"" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Triple pole

1.10.2:Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group B

90.3.21.3:Supply & installation of light fittings on 'C/U' shaped flat iron bracket Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning the light fittings of following types made from 0.5mm CRCA sheet complete with all accessories and lamps etc. directly on wall using 2 nos. 2.15.2:Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milli Amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 40 amps
