Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed .

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.complete all as specified & directed .

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.complete all as specified & directed .

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed coloured PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed

S&F rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick of any size, colour and pattern as approved by GE set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed .

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed .

S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 x 600mm grid for Exposed metal frame ceiling complete all as specified & directed . (Note :- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified & directed .

Taking down old existing roof treatment (APP membrane) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any type description and in any position complete all as specified & directed .

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for minimum 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed .

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on green concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / sqm and minimum 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric laid on and including 2 coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ sqm (per coat) including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below memebrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane) by forced application and finally finished with aluminium paint @ 0.20 Ltr per sqm complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed .

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500 ltr to 1000 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified & directed .

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from overhead water tanks for capacity exceeding 250 Ltrs but not exceeding 500 Ltrs from mouths of circulating pipe etc including dismantling & refixing at same or other place including writting "date of cleaning" on tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of existing water tank (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr capcity and removing from site to store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing water tank (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr capcity and removing from site to store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum 20mm - 210 gms ) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum 20mm - 210 gms ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rod including SS end brackets (02 Nos) and SS curtain finials (02 Nos) for each opening of size 1 to 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs brass CP Bib taps, fancy type, 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs EWC seat cover PVC colourd as approved by GE including all fitting arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs two way brass chromium plated fancy type bib cock 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of fancy type pillar taps brass, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks & fly nuts for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of brass Chromium plates angle Stop valves of 15mm bore screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs chromium plated handspray (ABS Body) (Health faucet) with flexible pipe length not less than 1.00 m (minimum) fixed for EWC/IWC suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for 20 mm bore of Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (wt not less then 210 gms for 20mm bore) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble laid over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, from framed works complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.
