50.5.33.2. Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete for reinfroced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approve design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing andreinforcment, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per directon of Engineer-in-charge . 11.46.2. Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades,in skirting, riser of steps over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 Coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete size of Tile 600x600mm.

11.40. Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of lst quality conforming to IS. 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, grey fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortor 1:4(1cement 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete.

11.36. Providing and fixing 1 st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy , bottle green, black of any size as apporved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting,risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, includng pointing in while cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

8.12. Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvillinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc., all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge -A . Flamed finish granite stone slab, Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

50.9.1.1. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs of dash fastener shall be paid for separately), using good quality Anjili wood /jack wood.

50.9.3.1. Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, 30mm thick shutters including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Using Anjili/Jack wood.

9.123. Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness, frame will be mitred & jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.124.1. Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm, painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (Push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rails of sixe 100mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer -in-charge. Non decorative finish

21.1.1.2. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.3.1. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

9.53. Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6mix(1cement:3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

16.91.2 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

25.3. Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.26.2) For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement

15.2.1. Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge-Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equlvalent design mix).

15.3. Demolishing R.C.C.work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.12.1. Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows ( steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc., complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq.metres and below.

15.13.2. Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50meters lead of area beyond 3 sq.metres.

15.14.1. Dismaniling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and raftersupto 10meteres span and 5 meteres height including stacking the material within 50meters lead of sectonal area 40 square centimetres and above .

15.7.4. Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per directiom of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

17.1.1. Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan(indian type W.C pan) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litter low level white P.V.C flushing cistern, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS 7231 with all fittings and fiixtures complete, inlcuing cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White Vireous China Orissa pattern W.C pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

17.2.1.
