DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with soilid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, pointing any description or any thickness on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

All as per item No 5 but 10 mm thick as on ceiling in C:M(1:4)

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of walls, concrete etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers consisting of first layer 10mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 5 mm thick in CM (1:4) plastering on brick, block or stone surface and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping ,bed blocks including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms , moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 100mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in flooring and similar and finishing the surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid tiles, exterior grade, chequered/grooved pattern of size 300x300mm/ 400x400mm 8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the shade as in floor over and incl 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chequered tiles rubber moulded, glossy finished, decorative designed cement concrete tiles 25 mm thick size of tiles as approved set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor incl 15 mm thick screed bed with cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs or tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

S & F machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc complete all as specified

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as specified.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete bonders (for stone walling) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls with broken stone or boulders and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed for weep holes , in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick in steps jambs,pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl moulding, chamfering of edges complete.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 20 mm thick for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, in natural ground / concrete / brick work including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing square mesh of 100 mm size and dia of wire 3.4 mm including line wires, including provision of binding wire and Dismantling of fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Hand rails /Angle , half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement Concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as specified.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long and 16 to 20mm diameter of neck complete all as specified.

M&L for MS round bars (Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165))) 10mm dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire(Annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Mild steel plain black sheets 1.00mm thick as in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, as in doors or gates of angles or any other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, running rails and guides etc; also fastening and fixing complete.

S & F in repairs precast concrete Kerb Stones factory made of type B1, 1 : 2 : 4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 10 to 15 cm thick and and setting in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down and refixing old RCC posts any section size, after making necessary repairs with concrete and cement plster 1:4 incl formwork required and painting with two coats of cement based paint after making good complete all as directed.

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a thin layer of wall putty on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a thin layer of external wall putty after complete removal of existing treatement complete all as specified and as directed.
