JEEP ROAD, FOOT PATH, PARAPET - 1) 2.6.1 - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. 2) 4.1.3 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Jeep road (20x2.7x0.1) Foot path (10x1x0.1) Support (4x1x0.4x0.4) Protection wall (6x0.6x1.2) Pillar for hand rail post at terrace (10x0.4x0.4x0.4)

3) 4.1.8 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)- Jeep road bed concrete

4) 4.3.2 - Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. Ret wall (2x6x1.2) Road side (2x20x0.1)Foot path side (2x10x0.1) Pillar -Terrace hand rail (10x1.6x0.4)

5) 60.7.4 - DR PACKING FOR APRONS - Rough stone dry packing for apron with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines levels, cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site . Packing for foot path at water logged portion (8x1x0.3) Do do for levelling at jeep entrance (4x2x0.4)

6) 10.16.1 - Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes . Hand rail 30.00m (@16kg/m approximate) (30x16)

7) 13.1.1 - 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) Plastering roof slab top (1x9.45x5.45) Do side- Allround (1x30x0.12) Footpath (1x10x1.2)

8) 13.61.1 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work - Hand rail(30x0.9)

9) 5.22.6 - Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more- For foot path, Protection wall and jeep entrance (cutting side only)
