Improvement of existing toilet block near shopping complex at Ftr HQ BSF Jodhpur, Rajasthan SH EI and Service connection

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. Group B.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 1.5 sq. mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. i. 25 mm.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. i) 5/6 A switch.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. i) 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing following Modular base & cover plate on existing modular metal boxes etc. as required. i.) 4 Module

Supplying and fixing following Modular base & cover plate on existing modular metal boxes etc. as required. i.) 12 Module

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. i.) 2 X 25 sq. mm (22mm).

Providing and fixing of 06 Watt, Round and Square surface mounted fitting LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate directly on ceiling, including connections, testing complete etc. as required of model No. LCDSPLN-S-06-CDL of Crompton make or equivalent specification Havells, Phillips, Osram, Bajaj makes.

Providing and fixing of 12 Watt, Round and Square surface mounted fitting LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate directly on ceiling, including connections, testing complete etc. as required of model No. LCDSPLN-S-12-CDL of Crompton make or equivalent specification Havells, Phillips, Osram, Bajaj makes.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of mirror light, 10 watt, 6500K, LED ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient witj inbuil driver including connection etc as required, model No. LHEXACP7IN1W010 of Havells make or equivalent makes (Crompton, Phillips, Osram).

Providind and fixing of Metal Exhaust/ventilation fan 230 mm with Shutter louvers, fasteners including including cutting hole in the wall, connection, testing and commissioning etc as reqd. Model Ventil Air DB Green (Havells make) or equivalent model & specification of Orient/Bajaj/Crompton/standard make.

Supplying and laying of 16 Sqmm, 2 core, Aluminum stranded conductor Power Cables, XLPE Insulated,cores laid up, PVC tape innersheathed, Armour galvanised steel strip,extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed,650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988, direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 16 Sqmm, 2 core, Aluminum stranded conductor Power Cables, XLPE Insulated,cores laid up, PVC tape innersheathed, Armour galvanised steel strip,extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed,650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988, on wall surface (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 70 Watt LED flood light fitting on existing pole /bracket /wall including connection, testing and commissioning etc as reqd. Cat no. LFL-70-WW/60-M (Crompton) make or equivalent specification Havells, Phillips, Osram makes.

Add @ 0.0633 MF on DSR items s. no. 01 to 15 (i.e. 12% to 18 % GST) (on Rs. 30540.00)

less Correction factor on DSR items on account of GST @ 0.973
