Supply, install and testing of vertical turbine pump with speed 1500 RPM, flow rate 190 Cum/hr, head of pump 30 mtrs, no of stages of pump not less than 2, material of base and impeller should be stainless steel, size of inlet and outlet connection DN 150 with bowl efficiency 78%, rated power not less than 26 KW/35 HP, 3 phase, 50 Hz including performance test, hydraulic pressure test and routine test all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Model 300 TE3 of JYOTI or eq in Kirloskar

Taking out existing old Uns pump set of any capacity and depositing in MES store yard all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing completed with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried bellow ground level connected to galvanized earth lead directely in ground earth pit not less than 3.20 mtr deep using strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanision or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Pt- I of 2009 connecting to earthing test point all as specified and directed incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, concre pit CI frame and cover with locking arrangement all as speicified and directed by Engr. - in - Charge. Note:- Rate quoted deemed to be incl excavation by compressor M/C for Soft disiintegrated rock to reqd depth.

M & L for MS work i.e. Includes material, cutting, welding, other process for shaping of material to get into reqd shape as per site requirement and fixing on site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cutting cast iron pipes of size 200 mm dia and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees branches etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of sluice valve type PN 1.6 double flanged cast iron type with brass spindle and iron wheel iron type with brass spindle and iron wheel iron nuts, bolts & washers and rubber insertion sheet conforming to IS specification complete and all as specified of size 150mm dia.
