M&L in repairs 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in repairs 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board in ceiling, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber rame work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Gyproc GI T Grid system in 600 x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm centers. Then suspending the main tee tee of size from the soffit with help of soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod with leveling spring slip at 1200 mm c/c.1200 mm cross Tee is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the main Tees at 600 mm centres in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600x1200 mm. Finally 600 mm cross tee are then interlocked into the the pre cut slots in the 1200 mm centres and in direction parallel to the main Tee. Cross Tees having length more than 600 mm are to be supported indepently. 9 mm thick SAINT-GOBAIN Gyproc Dew Drop tile square egde of size 595x595 mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600 mm. Gyproc Grid specification:- (a) Gyproc main T- 24x32 thickness 0.3 mm and legth 3600. (b) Gyproc cross T- 24x25 thickness 0.3 mm and legth 1200. (c) Gyproc cross T- 24x25 thickness 0.3 mm and legth 1600. (d) Gyproc wall angle- 24x24 thickness 0.4 mm and legth 3000. including taking out existing false ceiling .

S & F 30 mm thick Second class soft wood glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and preapared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc for window & door any numbers, size of stiles and rails as specified in SSR (1991) Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (b), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel window with hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, devetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges steel peg stay, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair mild steel 300mm ordinardy rat rail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair aluminium hat and coat hooks, solid body, 175mm to 250mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium anodised coated (any colour-thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) double door shutters side hung with frame type without sash bars,aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminium snap beading ,screws,anodised aluminium fittings such as hinges type B-21 125mm long (3 no),handle 200mm long (2 no),tower bolt 150 mm long 2 nos, 300 long almn sliding bolt, hydraulic door closer and bottom motor for sliding the double leaf both sides complete all as s specified in SSR PT I and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F aluminium anodised coated (any colour-thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) windows side hung with frame type without sash bars,aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminium snap beading ,screws,anodised aluminium fittings such as hinges type B-21 125mm long (3 no),handle 200mm long (2 no),tower bolt 150 mm long 2 nos, 300 long almn sliding bolt, complete all as s specified in SSR PT I and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 35,468.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
