Providing and installing of submersible pump confirming to ISS 8034-1976 alongwith directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 415 Volt.3 phase 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thurst bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and duly fitted with device to take upto the expension of water with heating of motor complete in all respect.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirlosker/Mather & Platt.) ( Head - 121 Meter , Capacity -14.58 LPS ).
(a) Pump for Rising main 300mm dia
(b) Pump for Rising main 150mm dia
Note :-All the pumps will run simultaneously.
P/L PVC jointless flat water proof cable as per BIS 694-1990 (latest with up to date ammendments) suitable for the pump sets offered from circuite breaker to motor & motor to starter including all other electrical equipments such as thimbles, flexible pipes, solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.The cable shall be of Siemens/Gloster/National.EICO/Grandely/Havells make.
Providing and fixing of Auto control panel with push button star delta starter for submersible pumps of L&T and reputed make fabricated with M.S sheet and Angle stand duly painted and complete with internal wiring ,comprising of main switch of suitable Amp. T.P. Volt meter, ammeter, phase indicating lamps with GSM based , Remote start/stop operation call/SMS for feedback regarding running of pumps & breakdown message, timer scheduling for fixed hours in a day,Inbuilt protection against overload/undervoltage,Dry run,single phase preventor,hour run meter Inbuilt GPS tracker,phase reversal configurable volt/current limits with a facility to access the system through minimum 10 Nos. authenticated mobile Nos. complete in all respect, including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts,installation and testing at site with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
