Cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type and size exceeding 100 mm dia and not exceeding 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 m depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr of any type of blockage of any kind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, rodding, including desludging descaling & clear the chocking wherever flushing the entire stretch complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of brick/cement concrete open drains of any type and size exceeding and removing sludge to 50 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as per complaints recieved day to day complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - This item inculdes cleaning of each trap & pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose.

Cleaning of manholes/grease traps upto 1.5 metre depth and removal of sludge/silt etc (in foul conditions) to outside MOD land, including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 : Contractor or his representative on daily routine basis note the details of complaint from office of the Engineer -in -Charge for attending the same and shall report thereafter after completion of compaints.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mt centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas, facia, and the like etc and making good surface with existing including necessary scaffolding and formwork including demolition of existing RCC work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, and making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel( 1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm size crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required of pipe 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 including dismanteling existing kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) The minimum size of Kerb stone shall be 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm and shall be embedded in the ground average 10cm deep. (ii) The quoted rates includes embedding kerb stone and temping ground around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil, etc.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick black granite stone slab of any type with table rubbed and polished in cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar 1:3 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in door chowkats /gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing including dismanteling existing MS work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain black sheeting as in covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as copings, bed plates, kerbs and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of hard standing, flooring and paving/path etc, and surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 500 m but not exceeding upto total distance of 1.5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
