(l) 5000 Ltr capacity PVC Sintex Tank double layer for the make up of Cooling tower & condenser line. The scope is inclusive of Float Valve assembly, Inlet & drain ball valve, foundations as per OEM recommendation & necessary items required to compltete the system. Both tanks should be combined together. The Tank shall be placed at a minimum height of 2.5 Mtr from Cooling Tower basin level - 1 no (m) INSULATED PRESSURISED CLOSED WATER EXPANSION TANK of 2000 Litre suitable for total volume of Water Solution, circuit along with necessary accessories such as along with necessary accessories such as 2 Nos pumps (1working +1standby) with Pressure Transmitter and interconnecting Pipe & Isolating Valve complete with piping connections, safety relief valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, automatic air purging arrangement, etc.with Pressure Transmitter and interconnecting Pipe & Isolating Valve complete with piping connections, safety relief valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, automatic air purging arrangement, etc. The tank shall be pre-charged. Expansion tank Shall be with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder, provided with pressurization unit pump set with control panel and accessories, 50 mm thick PFU / nitryl rubber insulation, Aluminium cladding etc. as per technical specifications, standards. (n) Pressure vacuum line, air seperator, thermometer, water guaging meter etc. as required. (o) BMS - (i) 2 sets of I7 Processor or Equivalent Server PC, 4MB Cache with 8 GB RAM, & 1 TB HDD, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet card, USB connection & internal modem, Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 8 or better or latest OS Professional Enterprise, Web server software, DVD-ROM Drive (with RAM), 100/1000 Mbps NIC for Network connection and anti virus software with 21" colour graphics monitor as per Tender Specifications. Accessories included Optical Mouse, Key Pad, with the above BMS System configuration. (ii) 3RD Party System Software Integration - BTL Certified For open Protocols Integration units, to connect individual 3rd party microprocessor system controllers, the unit shall be capable of integrating all mentioned devices on BACnet, Modbus etc.as per distribution given below. System integration unit shall be of same make as of DDC Controller. Controllers with built-in integration ports are also acceptable, controller integration port can be used for 3rd party integration as per the given IO Summary" (iii) BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WEB-BASED SERVER SOFTWARE BMS System Software : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the simultaneous minimum 5 user Web Based Graphical Software meeting the requirements in the Given I/O Summary and technical specifications including configuration and facility to create / provide the graphic mapping for all I/O Summary points , animate the Graphics, Navigation between pages, display of logs, changing the time zones, popup alarms, configurable password protection for Building Management System as per Technical Specifications. Software shall be able to communicate with open protocols like BACNet/OPC devices simultaneously. Software shall have Energy analysis/trending, Customized reporting, Alarming, scheduling features. During operation & maintenance if any controller is required to be replaced than software shall have feature to download logics in new controller as of old one, from control station, once the old controllers IP is mapped in new one. New Software patches/versions for 5 years after handing over of system shall be included in offer nothing extra shall be paid for new software patches developed by company for said time period. It shall be vendor responsibility to update / upgrade new software patches once it is developed. Graphic building and commissioning tool if separate from BMS software than the same is to be handed over to client. | 9.00 | Constructing ,Finishing and making the Sewage Treatment Plant Room (STP PLANT – H) functional in all respect: Earth Work Cutting and Levelling in all kinds of Soil, RCC Building, with necessary RCC tanks as per the scheme including internal water supply and Sanitary installations. The building and tanks shall be completed as per the approved drawings and specification. Internal E & M installation including SITC of 1 no - 120 KLD (3 x 40 KLD) in modular fashion fully Automatic Moving Bed Bio-Film Reactor (MBBR) with Ultra filtration system based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) complete with following : (i) Suitable Size Bar-Screen Chamber, Conveyor Type Lifting Arrangement for Solid Waste(outside of building, near to collection tank after the last manhole). The perforated bar-screen shall be made with rust-free high grade stainless steel with minimum bar spacing lesser than 15mm. The STP will have the following Electro-Mechanical components.
(1) 2 nos of Air Blower having capacity of 120 m3/hr at a head of 4.5m. (2) Piping of compressed air upto effluent level of tank with MS Epoxy coated pipe, inside with UPVC pipes, non-clog type air dispersion system, fine bubbled diffusers etc. for equalization, collection, sludge holding and MBBR tanks. The Contractor shall operate the plant in three shifts (24X7) immediately after commissioning and till the plant is stabilized including the cost of consumables. Department will take over the plant only after stabilization of the plant. Completion will be recorded only after plant stabilization. Contractor shall give the training to personnel of the employer for operation and maintenance of the plant.
