S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5.0 mm thick plain colour PVC Sheet reinforced with Mild Steel Square Tube, fixing in opening as per Specifications and Drawings shown in MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick, consisting of frame made out of Mild Steel Tube of 19 Gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for Stiles and 15mm x 15mm for Top & Bottom Rails. Mild Steel Frame shall have a coat of Steel Primer of Approved Make and Manufacturer. Mild Steel Frame shall be covered with 5.0mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 30 x 50mm forming Stiles and 5.0mm thick, 75mm wide PVC Sheets For Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail on either side, and 10mm (5.0mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide Cross PVC Sheet as gap insert for Top Rail, Lock Rail & Bottom Rail. Panelling of 5.0mm thick PVC Sheet Beading on either side and joined together with Solvent Cement Adhesive, etc. An additional 5.0mm thick PVC Strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC Solvent Adhesive, fixing in opening as per Specifications and Drawings shown in MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in two layer, first layer 10 mm thick in cement morter (1:4) and top layer 5mm thick in cement morter (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scafolding and saftey measures complete all as specified and as directed. . (NOTE:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer’s instructions), and applied over 2 Coats BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering (Internally) 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.
