Supply, laying & testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and direcetd by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work including excavation, returning filling in, removing, sand coushioning, brick covering for mechanical protection of cable etc will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and installation of transformer level-II, step up/down, out door type complete copper wound AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 315 KVA capacity, step down, outdoor 11000/433 volts (at no load) as per IS-1180, Part-1 : 2014 (Level -2) and BEE certified, copper wound, oil cooled with external cooling tubes/fins, core type consisting of following parts :- (a) 03 nos , percelain HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable fro 11 KV complete with bushing rod , nuts & washer. (b) One cable end box on LV side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing suitable for LT armoured cable with bushing rod, glands, joints etc. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil gauge. (d) Dehydrating silica gel breather transparent type with first full of dehyderating agent/ silica gel. (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometr pocket on tank cover.

(g) One 3 No 100 mm dia thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 Degree Centigrate with mnimum reading pointer, maximum temperature indicator and resetting device. (h) Rating plate with terminal marking. (i) Two earthing terminal on tank. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain valve. (l) Lifting lugs. (m) Oil filter hole with cap/ plug incl connection. (n) Air release valve plug. (o) For playing solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) Extra bushing for neutral outside cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (q) First fill of transformer oil confirming to relevent IS and tested upto 60 KV di-electric strength. (r) Ms channel of suitable size for embending in foundation as per manufacturer recommendation. (s) Off load changer +2.5% to +7.5%

Fabrication of Outdoor LT outdoor feeder pillar panel kiosk type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick vermin proof factory made, with aluminium bus bar of capacity 800 Amps for 3 phase and neutral with nessary angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm support frame including two coats powder painting over a coat of red oxide primer both front & back opening provision and grout in PCC work and fixed with legs 30 cm below ground and 60 cm above ground, both front & back opening provision with the following:- (A) INCOMING : (i) MCCB 600 A, 415 V, 4pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 50 KA-01 No (ii) Multi function meter for measuring V, A ,F ,KW ,KVA including CTs of suitable capacity (iii) Indicator lamps RYB LED type(Set of Three)-01 No (B) OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 315 A, 415 V , 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 36 KA-01 No. (ii) MCCB 200 A, 415 V , 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 36 KA-02 No. (iii) MCCB 100 A, 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 25 KA-01 No. (iv) Provision of Space to Accomodate MCCB-100 Amps 4P with busbar-02 Nos. (v) Wiring of above accessory with suitable size of copper conductor cable. Note:- (i) All MCCBs / instruments / MCBs / Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on- off latches in the housing. (ii) Space for provn of one extra MCCB should be provided in the panel.

Supply and febrication of rigidly welded construction duly ribbed bed mild steel trolly suitable for mounting transformer step down outdoor type complete with stranded fittings made of channel 125 x 65 mm in dimension, 2.85 mtr x 1.85 mtr wide mild steel chequed plate 6mm thick as per size of body with four intermediate numbers of E-channels 125 x 65 mm in between base frame with stand ,hook and three side openable comprising of the following:- (Make :- Shubham Iron & Steel Industries, Kanpur, U.P.) (a) Mounting Base - Suitable for transformer 315 KVA of size (LxW) 1800x1300 mm approx. As approved by engineer -in- charge. (b) Heavy duty nylon wheels with drum 04 nos and axle -tree of suitable size (part no 6.00 - 16) as approved by engineer -in- charge. (c) Leaf spring 4 Ton capacity axial movement -04 nos (d) Towing system made out of mild steel channel 50 x 100 mm with spring & hook. (e) Side railing 65cm with welded mesh 25 x 50mm of 4 mm galvanized iron wire with frame work of angle iron 40 x 40x 6mm. (f) Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. (g) System for free movement of tyres at 180 degrees in the toeing direction will be arovided with provision of mild steel plate ,brushing ,bearing system with additional channel frame. (h) Suitable size Channel Sections for mounting of Transformer 315 KVA on trolley plate form incl fixing arrangements. (i) Suitable arrangemets for mounting of LT Panel incl fixing arrangements on trolley floor.
