SCHEDULE A PART I (B/R WORKS)

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frame) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel doors or windows chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames ) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-20 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut, kota stone slab, 16-20mm thick, laid on vertical surface/skirting /dado over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as above Item No 1.07 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from serial item No 1.06 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the tiles. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the tiles also.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces of any description, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in lintels up to 1.5 metre span, bressumers, string courses, copings, bed plates, plinth courses, siesmic bands and the like including necessary use and waste of formwork and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), 5mm thick, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A, including welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel work as in wind ties for roof conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, with dia of neck exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and length of bolt not exceeding 5cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel rag lewis bolts, with 16mm to 20mm dia of neck, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged lewised, length of bolt exceeding 15cm and not exceeding 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames of size 165 mm x 60 mm for doors, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25mm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 4 Nos 100 mm butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling as in back of chowkhats, 2 Nos 12 mm dia tie bars at the bottom of frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, with side hung shutters, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pattern of door shall be same as that of existing doors.

Material and labour for second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, elc.;sizesof me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel barrel tower bolt, 200mm long, stove enamelled black with bright bolt, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel pressed handles, 150mm long, oval type, stove enamelled black, ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or fixing with beads to wooden joinery when fixed in panels of joinery complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet glass, 4.0mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel works in in small articles such as bands, straps, supports, stays, bolts, hooks, hold fasts etc and similar articles conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., with tar or coal lar black paint etc and area tarred exceeding 0.1 sq. m but not exceeding 05 Sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1.51 above but treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gradings, hold fasts, backs of chowkats etc. and area tarred not exceeding 0.1 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH, 1100 volts, ISI marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic, medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia and its fittings including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes, ISI marked including mild steel sunken boxes, made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139 (Pt-I)1969 and IS-14772-2000, with earth dolly, coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, covered with modular decorative cover plate for fixing of switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc. including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed for one light point/ fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.
