13.12 ) Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

14.22 ) Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

14.23 ) Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

8.1 ) Providing wood work in frame of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position: 8.2.3 ) Local Teak Wood.

8.5 ) Providing & fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows in/c ISI market bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separetly but in/c the wooden beading of 20 X 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 8.5.1) Local Teak Wood 8.5.1.1 ) 35 mm thick shutters.

9.5 ) Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- 9.5.1 ) Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

2.4 ) Providing and fitting G.C.I (0.63 mm thick) for walling including Vertical/Curved surface fixed with galvanized steel J or L hooks 8 mm diameter, bolts and nuts with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpetwashers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to anypitch in horizontal/Verticle or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of G.S sheet purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6.1 ) First class brick work in foundation & plinth in/c cost of all materials as per required complete:- 6.1.3) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

6.10 ) Half brick masonary work with First class bricks in foundation & plinth in/c cost of all materials required as per required complete:- 6.10.3 ) In cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

12.1 ) 12 mm cement plaster of mix 12.1.2) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )
