Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade two or more coat on new work within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

French spirit polishing Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with syntheti enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) withwithin all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
