..do..for 40mm thick precast slabs using 10 mm graded aggregate of HBG crushed metal from any approved quarry with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, but including cost of necessary form work and cost and conveyance of all materials curing as directed by the department.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). -do- High yield strength deformed bars below 36 mm Fe 415.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Construction of 110 mm thick Brick partition walls in CM (1:5) using well burnt brick 2nd class or ground moulded (Non modular or traditional size) bricks (230X110X70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar 12 mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

-do - in C.M (1:5) 12mm thick

-do - in C.M (1:5) 20mm thick

Finishing the flooring with Ellis pattern, 1st sort in CC (1:3) for 20mm thick using 6 mm to 10mm HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards laid in alternative panels of size not more than 1.2 m x 1.2 m and top finished smooth with cement slurry etc., to the required slopes and thread lining including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing weld mesh enclosures made out of M.S ' L ' angles of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for outer frame, M.S. ' T 'section of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for central vertical mullion and fixing the 6 G x 10 G weld mesh with openings of size 75mm x 25mm to the frame by using M.S. flat of size 25 x 5mm by means of M.S. bolts and nuts including fixing the frame in position by making holes in walls / R.C.C. fin walls and making good the same and finishing smooth etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Painting Two coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over a primary coat with ready mixed cement primer interior grade-1 (total three coats) after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for new internal walls.

Painting with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls. -do- Two coat for External walls - new Over a primer coat (total 03 coats).

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile Strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution.

Supply & fixing in position of M.S. Tubes & pipes of all diametres as per IS-1161 including Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc and Labour charges for fixing heavy iron grills, Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete in position with two coats with synthetic enamel paint Garde-I over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealant . Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e., in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But no extra payment on this account shall be made.
