APPENDIX C- Proactive/Preventive Maintenance
3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 55.15:Refurbishment of existing signboardsRefurbishment of existing signboards of all size except gantry mounted ones to their original reflectivity & position by removing obstructions like overgrowth vegitation etc ,if any,washing the signboards with water & soap solution to remove all dirt, oil etc. , correcting any dislocations including minor repairs, replacement of lost nut and bolts etc complete.
8.15:Supplying and installation of delineator (Roadway indicators) posts 80- 100cm high above ground level, pained black, and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with min. 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular retro reflectorized panels at the top with minimum visibility of 300m with provisions to prevent edge lifting and vandalisam, and conforming to clause 806 , IRC-79 and the drawings including fixing to ground (The deleniator shall be of approved type as per specification)

Appendix E-Routine inspection
OD52408/2025-2026:Conducting and Reporting Routine Maintenance inspections for the entire length of the project road at a frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the running contract as directed by the departmental officers at site. Additional Routine Inspection may be required in response to reports or complaints from the police other authorities and the public as a result of major incidence, typhoon or flooding damages etc. and are not measurable/ payable. A portion of the routine inspection may be carried out either during or immediately following a period of wet weather.
