Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Cement concrete 1.4:8 mix (one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand 2 broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc complete complying with standard specfication

supplying and erecting cetering for sides including supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detalled below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 3 not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and 4 future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly)

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" In cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC Works as per design given including cost of steel and G.1. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the 7 supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC Items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with 8 standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Cost and supply of Steel Door

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M. Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick 10 jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M.Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm

Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 Mix 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc. 12 complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab/floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg./sq.m. etc.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by 15 the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) or 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg./sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got 16 approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats oil distember over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour 17 charges, etc., as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a 18 priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc complete

Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc.,
