S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge, Gutter, Gable flashing, corner flashing etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement/ galvanium aluminium (corrugated, semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully sub-main wiring/service wire of any size including wooden batten etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully existing DB’s any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable single core 1100 Volt grade in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm dia or more ISI Marked surface/concealed conduit and conduit accessories and cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick/concrete surface & making good disturbed surface,provision of Pressed steel terminal switch box with plastic laminated sheet 3 mm thick fixed with brass screw and washers or provision of PVC gang box where required on stone wall along with in and including 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) as earth wire connected with main common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one, one-way Piano type switch 5/6 Amp.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type single pole, one-way 5 Amps, 240 Volts AC

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 terminal/PVC/ Polycarbonate, isolated body all as specified

S& F wall mounted LED batten Box type fitting Blue colour end caps pre-wired LED fitting all as per cat part No DMLN 1 LT 8-16 with & including LED T8 tubular lamp of make Cromption or equivalent make in Havells /Philips/Bajaj as approved by GE.

S & F in repair LED building security light 25 watt LED with bracket complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No LSTS-25 CDL of Crompton or equivalent make in Havells/ Philips/Bajaj as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure single door type for MCBs DB SPN(Single pole and neutral) 240V AC 2 way with out busbar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door type for MCBs DB SPN(Single pole and neutral) 240V AC 4 way with 200 Amps rated busbar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 06 to 32 Amp 'B' series 10 KA repturing capacity complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 40 Amp 'B' series 240 V AC 10 KA repturing capacity all as specified.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade on surface of wall/ steel trusses along with in and including 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable 10 sqmm size, flate or circular complete all as specified and as dirrected.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, surrounded with adequate qty of char coal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate incl excavation, earth work, returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr incl GI Wire 4 mm as earthing lead with nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both ways with 10mm dia MS bar lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.
