Annual Maintenance Contract of Inverter Model, Split type Air Conditioner (1.5 Ton), 5 Star, Make- Indo cool & LG for 02 years. (including minor repair works, repairing of PCB card with repair of remote, display card & main board, Gas charging, repairing of blower fan, repairing of outer fan, capacitor, blower, condenser, exhaust net, outer fan blade, coil sensor, room sensor, RTD sensor for condenser, internal wiring, flexible drain pipe, servicing etc.) (a)includes one time wet servicing, filter change & cleaning of runner each year (b)includes repairing in case of rat cutting (Excluding new compressor, inner/outer PCB Board, motor and copper condenser) .

Providing Outdoor copper condenser coil of AC.

Providing of PCB card (indoor) of AC.

Providing for PCB card (outdoor ) of AC.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Water Purifiers (RO +UV) for a period of 02 (Two) years. ( RO + UV, Make-Aqua & Voltas, Capacity 60 L) ( Consumables/Filters will be changed twice in a year per unit, Parts to be covered in AMC- SMPS PCB, Diaphgram Pump, Gas Refilling, Compressor, Pump, Fan Blade, Condenser for breakdown) .

Annual Maintenance Contract of Voltage Stabilizer (5 KVA) for 02 years (including repairing/replacement of transformer, relay, PCB etc. As required).
