| 2 | Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oil fired incinerator for Bio-medical waste having 50 Kg/Hr burning capacity comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber, Automatic waste feeding system, oil burners, FD fan, interconnecting ducts, emergency ducts, cyclone separators, quencher, venturi scrubber, droplet separator, water recirculation tank, packed bed scrubber, mist eliminator, active carbon filter, ID fan, fuel tank, control panel, min 30 mtr high chimney, online continuous emmission system, ZLD ETP monitoring and any other equipment/plant/sensors/ gauges/PLCs/ wirings/earthings /Aviation light on chimney etc. incuding Air pollution control system and devices so as to comply latest CBCB guidelines and Bio-Medical Waste Management rules-2016 amended up-to-date. Detailed scope of work along with specifications and compliance requirments in detail are given in Particular Spacifications forming part of this tender documents.
Notes:-
1. Within 45 days after placement of work order, The contractor has to submit equipment blueprints, plant layout considering existing Incinerator and P&I diagrams of the Incinerator fully in compliance with CPCB/SPCB guide lines for approval of the GE.
2. The cost of necessary civil work including foundation work required for all the subsystems of the Incinerator is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of Incinerator at BOQ item No-2.
3. Incinerator room of size 7.95m X 5.95m exists at site. Various sub-systems of the incinerator which are supposed/designed to be inside shall be installed inside the room. Any electrical equipment / control panel installed outside shall have IP 65 protection & will be installed under rain shed & cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
4. One main LT Panel to be installed at site along with LT cable charging it are part of BOQ and will be measured & paid separately. Any cabling/wiring beyond this main LT Panel, other LT panels & control panels specifically required for the incinerator is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Such cabling/wiring shall be of copper.
5. Water Supply pipeline upto & including PVC Tank of capacity 4000 Ltr to be installed at site are part of BOQ and will be measured & paid separately. Any water supply distribution network beyond this PVC tank for the purpose of Incinerator is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
6. Any other piping or wiring work required between various parts of the Incinerator or any other balance of item technically required to make the Incinerator fully functional required to get ‘Consent To Operate (CTO)’ from State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
7. With respect to prevailing rules/regulations & If required by the GE, ‘Consent To Establish (CTE)’ has to be obtained by the contractor from concerned state Department before start of execution of work. ‘Consent To Operate (CTO)’ upto the period of DLP (minimum) has to be obtained by the contractor from concerned state Department (SPCB) before testing & commissioning and issue of completion certificate of the contract. Any fee and other incidental cost to obtain CTE & CTO is to be paid by the contractor and it is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Any letter, if required, to make liaison with concerned State Dept by the contractor, may be issued by the GE. | 1 | Each Job | 191 | ₹191 |
