M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 1.00 above but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, prepare the surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by wire brushes & stopping of surfaces & leveling/ edging the disturbed surface/ edges using necessary filling compound of Birla/ JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of use and waste of necessary ladder, wooden platform etc. as may be required to execute work at any height upto 10.00 metre.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered/ un-plastered surface of walls using steel wire brushes, scraping down to remove efflorescent salts, grease spots, moulds, moss, etc., including brooming down, washing, rubbing down using sand paper, including stopping of disturbed surfaces, planes/ edges with white cement putty & rubbing with sand paper to obtain regular and smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion anti-weather & anti-algae paint (1st quality paint) in disruptive pattern using number of colours as approved, over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of use and waste of necessary ladder, wooden platform etc. as may be required to execute work at any height upto 10.00 metre.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30cm high complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like n. exc. 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc. 250 Ltr but n. exc. 500 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.
