Construction of new 1.33 MLD Lifting Station-6 (LS-6) :

Civil Works Survey,Soil Exporation and Design , supply, installation, testing, commissioning and Trial & Run of New Lifting Station (LS-6) Average Flow of 1.33 MLD (approx.) located at near Kalitala GSFE School, Ward No. – 4 within the Gayeshpur STP premises with all necessary civil works which includes the Construction of sump/wet well, Construction of inlet chamber, Construction of screen chamber, Construction of distribution chamber,Construction of valve chamber, Construction of Pumphouse including Disel Generator& Control Panel Room ,Construction of Toilet block including sanitary & plumbing work and Construction of bore well (if required)as per approved vetted design and drawing

E/M Works - Supplying,Installation,testing including commissioning and 03(three) months trial run of all Electro mechanical pump,motors,pipes, valves, instruments,equipments and accessory works including DG set as per approved and vetted design and drawing based on Hydraulic design.The scope of works also includes Electrification works, lighting arrangments and other ancilliary works.

Construction of Interception & diversion (I&D) structure for tapptng drains/outfalls: Survey, design, drawing and construction / setting up 06 nos. Interception & Diversion Structural arrangement work i.e. collective chamber, gate with requisite structure (having M.S ,draw shutter ,C.I Guide channel,rubber seal,.GM bush,gear road,C.I wheel), bar screen, silt cleaning chamber etc., including construction/Repairing of drainage Channel as per requirement at outfall/drain points in different location & dimension including necessary allied works and interconnection with manholes as per requirement. Confirmatory flow measurement of the nallah as per guidelines shall be conducted for design of I&D structure. Resection and new formation with slope correction are required , if necessary [N.B: The position will be finalized by EIC.]

Construction of Manhole: Survey( including trial pit excvation),Design &Construction of Brick masonry Rectangular cast-in-situ manholes in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1) with chamber of size 900mm x 900mmor equivalent area (inside measurement) including supplying and fixing of polypropylene coated foot-rests / cast iron make foot-rest, shuttering, staging, reinforcement, bailing out/ dewatering (by pumps or other means) of water , supply, fitting and fixing with Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete(SFRC) / Plastic Fibre Reinforced Concrete(PFRC) /Polypropylene Fibre Reinforced Concrete(PPFRC) 35 MT Manhole cover (conforming to latest version of IS 12592)of clear opening600 mm. with matching frame of grade HD-20/EHD-35 as per site requirement& packing around with PCC (1:2:4), complete as per design, drawing, specification and as directed by the DBO Engineer. (Excavation in all sorts of soil, barricading, lighting arrangement, traffic diversion arrangement, hire and labour charges of close timbering / sheet piling /MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist Waller beams, temporary road restoration as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary, backfilling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, dismantling of any type of road crust by mechanical/manual means, restoration of damaged portion of the said road in its original position and disposal of spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by ULB upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable).The work shall also include the restoration of surrounding damaged structures/building if occur during its construction. The work shall also include including testing, commissioning , trial and run required for the satisfacory completion of the work [N.B- The concessinarie shall be liable to do resoration or renoivation works of the surrounding structure /buildings at his own cost that may be damaged while exectuing this item of work from his end]

Laying of Gravity Intercepting Sewer: Supplying & Laying of sewer line of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8(conforming to I. S. 16098 (Part 2) :2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe at site including bedding with silver sand (conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification) jointing with rubber gasket, barricading, lighting arrangement, cutting of any type of road by mechanical/manual means and , traffic diversion arrangement, necessary earth work in excavation in trenches and Trial pits for sewer lines and other structures etc. in all sorts of soil or loose material including rubbish, removing the spoils / surplus earth, and debris to a destination decided by Owner upto their jurisdiction to be arranged by bidder (No extra lead will be payable), hire and labour charges for shoring with close timbering/ sheet piling/MS joists acting as soldier beams with MS plate including MS joist water beams as per approved design and drawing and retention of shoring where ever necessary ,bailing out water, dewatering from the excavated portion; hydraulic testing, making connection to old or new manholes/House Pit Connection (including dismantling and making good the manhole wall/House Pit Connection wall), filling and compaction of trenches with appropriate materials, Protection and shifting of underground and overhead utilities if necessary, temporary road restoration all complete with a minimum top cushion 1.20 Mtr. and slope as per design requirement to maintain self- clearance velocity as per approved and vetted design & drawings, and as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. The work shall also include including testing, commissioning , trial and run required for the satisfactory completion of the work [N.B- The concessinarie shall be liable to do resoration or renoivation works of the surrounding structure /buildings at his own cost that may be damaged while exectuing this item of work from his end]

Road Restoration cost for the laying of Gravity Sewer Line

For Municipal Road:- (a) Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches in all sorts of soil, (b) Silver Sand Filling, (c) Construction of sub base by compacting 1st class Jhama metal of size 63 mm – 45 mm for compacted thickness of 150 mm, (d) Construction of Stone Metal consultation of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness, (e) With coarse aggregate size range 90 – 45 mm (Grading I) with type A screening for 100 mm compacted thickness using manual means, (f) Dense Bituminous Macadam providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 50 mm thick, (g) Providing, laying premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates etc.

Note:- For PWD Roads :- (i)The bidder/contractor shall be liable to pay in full the Road Restoration charges required for laying sewer lines through the PWD Roads (ii)The bidder/contractor shall do the Temporary Road restoration works at their own cost immediately after completion of laying of Sewer lines through the PWD Roads as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Concrete covered Drain – 1.0 m X 0.250 m X 0.250 m concrete drain from existing Khal/Canals to Collecting chamber The item of work includes earth cutting to desired slopes with proper shoring if required, including silver sand filling, 150 mm thick concreting with cement concrete (1:2:4) laid over 75mm thick S.B.F.S, construction of side walls with M25 grade Concrete including shuttering and reinforcement and also 20 mm thick (1:4) cement plastering, neat cement punning along with R.C.C cover slab over the drain through out the length including labour, materials,tools and plants all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of EIC including testing & trial run.

Operation & Maintenance for 05 years including all Consumables, Labour, Manpower etc. except energy charges for STP, MPS & LS [Note:-(i) Quoted rate of Sl.No-9 shall not be ≤ 25% of the summation of Total Cost of Sl . No- 1.00 to 8.00] (ii) If the Quoted rate of Sl. No.-9 is less than the 25 % of the summation of Total Cost of Sl . No- 1.00 to 8.00, the bidding shall be treated as non-responsive]
