Providing temporary illumination for arranging Bamboos stick electrical illumination for Srivari Annual Brahmotsavams and Navarathri Brahmotsavams-2026 in ESD-South,Tirumala for the year 2026-27

Hire charges for providing LED Lamps / LED rope Bamboo stick designs of different deities, Arches & designs etc., as directed during execution with different colours & Lights to operate at 230 V, Single/Three phase supply. The deites, Arches & designs etc, should be fixed firmly on existing scaffolding / as directed during execution and giving necessary connection. (Note: The rate should be inclussive of transportation, erection, testing and removing charges etc) - For Ten days.

Note:- 1) The 6.2 V Bamboo stick designs of different dieties, Arches & designs etc., where ever necessary are to be arranged the deties, Arches & designs etc., with / without creeping circuits. Each circuit is connected through a step down transformer / SMPS if required. 2) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 3) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
