Taking down old GI/Al strip and GI wire of any size with connecting accessories like insulator, screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm thick with insulators/saddles, screws etc at roof and wall above the test point complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item no. 3 : Rate deemed to be inclusive rate of porcelain insulators/saddles of suitable quantity to separate the strip from wall)

Supply and lay connect GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including earthwork and necessary insulators, clamps, bolts, nuts etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 'light grade' galvanised iron 40mm bore with all fitting and fixed to walls/laid in floors complete including taking down old material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ‘light grade' galvanised iron 20mm bore with all fitting and fixed to walls/laid in floors complete including taking down old material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw in SMC enclosure/junction box including taking down old material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hot press moulded SMC enclosure/junction box, 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm size, door fixed with hinge on one side for fixing of test terminal block including taking down old junction box / enclosure, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single LED aviation obstruction light comprising of cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate diffuser 240 volts fixed in a wall bracket enclosure including taking down old U/S aviation light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for breaking plinth area of thickness up to 30 cm for laying of cable/earth strips and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hole of suitable size on brick wall/ RCC wall for taking cable /earth connection and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6.0 sqmm 2 core including taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and tools for measure earthing resistance value of earthing building/installation once in six months after disconnecting building earth strip/lead from test point by using digital resistance meter and keep record complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) The rate inclusive all stationery items / tools, measurement kit etc

Taking down broken earth pit chamber and provision of inspection chamber by using precast RCC slab of external dimension 450 x 450 x75 mm with internal opening of 300 x 300 mm RCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded aggregate reinforced with 8mm CTD bars at 10cms centre to centre both ways including finishing and precast RCC chamber in 1:2:4 type B1 of internal dimensions of 300x300x300mm height with 75 mm thick wall and precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm CTD bars at 10cms centre to centre including one lifting handle including PCC sub base 1 : 4 : 8 , 100 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Necessary excavation and removal are include in the quoted rate(ii) The rate include disconnecting the existing strip / wire from earth electrode and re-fixing the same with suitable bolts and washer.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode 40mm bore, medium grade 2.5 m length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground level connected with earthing strip 25x 4mm by bolts nuts, washers and electric arc welding not exceeding 50mm long all as shown in plate No.4 to the test point up to 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40mm thick with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) GI earth lead beyond 7.5M shall be measured and paid separately (ii) The rate include measuring earth resistance.
