DISMANTLING, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AT TECHNOPARK PHASE I, TRIVANDRUM AS PER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER DOCUMENT NO: ETPK/PH-I/2025-26/AT-265. Note: The contractor has to quote the rate inclusive of GST for the below mentioned items (1.01 to 1.11).

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 2 Ton (TR) Inverter Split Air Conditioners (2025 Model) , ensuring a minimum energy efficiency rating of 5 Stars by BEE. These air conditioners must have an Integrated Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of at least 5. The work includes copper piping (as per the guage specified by the OEM), which is insulated for optimal thermal efficiency, and communication cables, provided up to a maximum length of 3 meters from the unit (extra length shall be billed separately as per the item mentioned in this BOQ), to facilitate seamless installation and operation. A warranty coverage is mandatory, offering a minimum of one year on the air conditioning unit and an extended five years on the compressor. The stand has to be treated with one coat of anti-corrosive primer and finished with two coats of high-grade synthetic enamel paint to provide enhanced resistance to environmental conditions. Additionally, the structural integrity of the stand will be thoroughly evaluated to ensure it is capable of withstanding the operating load of the air conditioning unit, thereby guaranteeing stability and safety during its entire operational lifespan. Supply and installation of PVC drainage piping, with nitrile rubber insulation and all necessary fittings, required for the effective commissioning of Inverter Split Air Conditioning units. The installation has to ensure efficient condensate removal, complemented by nitrile rubber insulation to prevent condensation along the pipe's exterior. The installation should also include the necessary fittings to facilitate a leak-proof drainage system, which is critical for the optimal operation of the Inverter Split AC units.
