RequiredTo qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have achieved minimum Qualification Criteria as detail below in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 TO 2025-26 Achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.9.32 Lakhs

RequiredSatisfactorily completed at least 50Percent of the contract value works, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as value not less than Rs. 4.66 lakhs

RequiredGST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately as per Govt LTR No PWD 65 RDF 2017 dated 11.10.2018 GST will be added to the contract amount separately

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
