12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat over wall surface including cost of primer conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc.complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coats plastic emulsion Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall Painting Two coats with Weather Seal Coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing levelling the bed & deposited excaved materials with 50 mt. away all labour T & P etc. completedirection of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing filling manually with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts including cost , carriage royalty etc.direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4 cm Size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carraige royalty of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

providing and lying cement concrere C.C (1:2:4) with 12 mm size HBG chips with cost of all labour and materials.direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work on oridinary soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as directed E.I.C.
