SPL REPAIR OF GI EARTHING TO CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR MES INSTALLATIONS AND PROVN OF HIGH MAST LIGHT AT CHILDREN PARK OF ZONE 7A AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 16 meters height High Mast pole ( Base dia 410 mm approx and Top dia 150 mm approx) having head frame carriage of suitable size complete with having arrangement for fixing 09 LED flood lights fittings , auto timer feeder panel, foundation consisting of mast shaft in two sections, hot dip galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity 180 KMPH. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld permissible. it shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 3-point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope 6 mm dia 316 grade SS hoisting rope (7/19 construction) double drum winch, Galvanised head frame carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminairs & its control gear boxes, symmetrical lighting arrangement. The Mast shall have the integral power tool for raising & lowering at the base compartment for its operation including design and construction of suitable RCC shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete, considering the safe soil bearing capacity of site, grouting the foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alloy with nuts, washers, anchor plates, templates , plug and socket and wiring of luminairs with all wiring materials i.e. with trailing cable ( each per mast light 5 core 2.5 sqmm) from control panel, control gear box including aluminium air termination rod and Aluminium strip of suitable size and length required at site including earthing of lightning arrester, high mast pole and timer panel board by using 600mmX600mmX6mm GI plate and GI strip 32X6 mm all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 - 03 Nos and rate of loading/unloading of material/shifting of material as required at site deemed to be included in the rates quoted , complete all as manufacturer technical data sheet and directed by Engineer - In- Charge.

S&F LED flood light fittings of 200 Watts LED with Aluminium die cast housing material , with toughened glass ,10 KV surge protection device , IP 66 protection ,system efficacy not less than 110/lumen per watt, to attach LM 79 and LM 80 reports from NABL lab etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aviation light for the Hight mast including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, multi stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles / block, Clamps, nuts, Bolts, washres and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub calss "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cablefor protection all complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing damaged/unserviceable Copper/GI strip and GI wire as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing leadfixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation of any size and type, complete all as directed.
