M&L for Cleaning of underground RCC reserviour(sump) 2,00,000 gallon (inner compartment capacity 1,60,000 gallons, outer compartment capacity 40,000 gallons) at main pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reserviour of capacity 2,00,000 gallon at 21 Metre staging by draining out stored water completely cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reserviour of capacity 1,00,000 gallon at 21 Metre staging by draining out stored water completely cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of underground RCC reserviour(sump) 25000 gallon at MAP pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing brick masonry valve pit including stacking serviceable material and removal of unserviceable material to site complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :-

Internal size of valve pit 1350 x 1000 x 1200 mm

Internal size of valve pit 1050 x 750 x 1000 mm

M & L for construction of valve pit, brick masonry construction complete with mild steel sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and shown on drawing. All internal surface and external surface upto 15 cm below normal ground level of stone masonry shall be plastered 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, finish even and smooth including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed following of inner sizes :-

(a) 1350 x 1000 x 1200 mm

(b) 1050 x 750 x 1000 mm

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on cast iron pipes installed at pump (as per MES colour code) inlet and outlet pipe including writing letter/figure 2mm thick and 2 cm in height with black ink over white base in capital letter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI foot valve of size 80mm bore for under ground sump suction CI/GI line including nipple of suitable size, welding, connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI foot valve of size 50 mm bore for under ground sump suction CI/GI line including nipple of suitable size, welding, connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for carrying out repairs and rewinding to 30 HP capacity mono block pump set, motor, 3 phase 415 Volt of any make Kirloskar, Jyoti, Crompton Greaves / Mother platt) with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, insulation and varnishing with 'E' class varnish including replacement of water seal, dismantling existing motor from foundation after disconnecting electric connection transporting the same at work shop for repair and back at site after repair, reassembling with pump, commissioning and testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repacement for fully automatic star delta starter Max Motor Output at 415V, 3 Ph suitable for 30HP Capacity monoblock pump set of L&T Cat Part No SS90705 or equivalent in Siemens and ABB etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Alum ferric 'A' class, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride (Liquid Chlorine) 100 GPL (40 to 50%) in container of 35 Ltrs with ISI marked complete.

Supply only, Calcium based, Calcium hypo cloride, white to off white, free flowing granular, chlorination chemical having 65%-70% chlorine content, (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment dirnking water) complete all as specified and directed. Make:- SREE RAYALASEEMA/DECLIBAC or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F, in repair, Agitator with motor 120 Watt, 900 RPM, single phase flanged mounted motor, incl plastic shaft and impeller, voltage input, 230 volts 50 Hz incl taking down old demaged unserviceable motor.

Supply and Fix in repair auto starter 250 Amp cum fault analyzer cum protection & control panel fabricated out of 16 guage sheet for 70 HP motor .provided & fitted with MNX -140-2Nos,MNX-110-01No,of approved make along with MCCB of 200 Amp rating (thermal magnetc) with rotary handle also of (L&T/SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER) & Thermmal over load protection range (90-150) for 70 HP -01 No Star delta timer 1 No Digital fault analyzer cum controller which provide protection against low voltage below 375 V, High voltage above 445 V, single phasing, reverse phasing, Un balanced phasing, Dry running, overloading with toggle switch for by passing fault analyzer system including 01 set phase indicating lamp, 01 No 3 phase digital volt meter & 01 No 3 phase digital amp meter should be provided alongwith suitable current transformer. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT copper wire with proper thimbling at each end. LED contactor 'COIL OK', indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils, LED star and delta indicators to access the star to delta timing and an audio warning system/ siren which activate only on starter failure. Dismantling existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the submersible pumps of cap 60 HP motor 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 60HP of submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of submersible pump assembly of cap 60HP Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the submersible pumps of cap 55 HP motor 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor from 55HP submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of submersible pump assembly of cap 55HP Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up the submersible motor from UG sump for rewinding the submersible motor 25 HP 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz. Make-( TEFC / Kirloskar/CG.) by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slots thoroughly and rewinding with polyester based copper wire of the same gauge with ‘E’ class of insulation and applying varnish to the winding and assembling all parts of motor pump commission, testing and lowering the submersible motor in UG Sump complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up the submersible motor from UG sump for repairing works to submersible pump set cap 25 HP of any make -(KSB,Texmo) by disconnection of pump opening Reassembling commissioning, testing, lowering motor in shallow well complete with and inclding replacement (i) Bronze impellers (ii) Gun metal impellers (iii) Gun Metal Guide bush (iv) Gun Metal Diffuser (v) Gun Metal Neck-ring (vi)Gun Metal Coupling bush with MS key (vii) Strainer (viii)Sand protection ring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, in repair, Automiser LV - 4 type with complete assembly connected to supply pipeline of PVC tank 20 to 25 mm dia bore including necessary all connected accessories and multistrand copper wire of suitable size up to 10 RM complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs UG sump manhole of size 700 x700 mm (internal dimension) with angle iron frame 40x 40 x 6mm and MS sheet of thickness 3.15mm with hinges, lifting handle and locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
