Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Surface Preparation: Minor cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR. Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SRP. Supplying and applying Single component, UV resistant, Zero VOC, Single component Polyurethane Dispersion membrane free from bitumen and tar by the manufacturer or his approved applicator, Polyuthrene membrane with minimum tensile of >=3.5-4 MPA as per ASTM D 2370, with >400% elongation As Per ASTM D 2370, >6.5 mm Crack Bridging As per AS-NZ-4548 and 200 N Puncture Resistance as per ASTM E154 The system consists of applying the waterproofing treatment @ 1.8 kg /sq.m. The system includes final base preparation, on primed surface with application @200-250 gms/sq.m. The coating is to be continued to a minimum of 300mm from slab level on to the vertical surface. Actual area treated will be the mode of measurement, with 3 coats, as follows: (1)1st coat - 500 Grm/ Coat,(2) 2nd Coat - 800 Grm / Coat, (3) 50 GSM Geotextile, (4)3rd coat - 500 Grm / Coat (Note:- The contractor shall provide a comprehensive guarantee/warranty for a period of 10 (ten) years from the certified date of completion against leakage, dampness, or failure of the waterproofing system.)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar

Removing unwanted tree/plants from wall and roof including removing roof/cutting wall and roof and filling the same by brick bats and PCC 1:2:4 and finishing the same with cement mortar 1:4 including scafolding etc. Complete job upto 10metre height.
