Material & Labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in plinth protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for pre cast solid block masonry in cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) set in CM 1:6 using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick wall works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Non-Skid ceramic Coloured Tiles 7 to 8mm thick(squre/rectanglar) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors over 15 mm screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for (450mmx350mmx 7mm thick ) coloured ceramic tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

Dismantling water tank exc 250 & n exc 500 litre and removing to store all as specified.

Supply & Fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 500 litres including all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 25mm bore stop cock chromium plated screw down under high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 25mm dia 3 layer PP-R polypropyene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Supply & Fix Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Material & Labour for preperation of new plastered wall surface of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)
