Dismantling and taking down window AC of any capacity comprising of all connected accessories from existing locations and deposit to MES Store Yard.

Material & Labour for closing the existing opening (Opening of size not less than 0.6X0.4X0.23 metre) with brick masonry at the removed locations of window ACs, plastering, painting as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling and taking down split ACs with and including dismantling of three core copper cable, connecting MCB boxes, copper piping etc, complete making good disturbed surfaces as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 2 TR capacity Inverter type complete with cordless remote control, minimum 3 star labeled, five year warranty on ind00r and outdoor PCBs, Ten year warranty on compressor, eco friendly refrigerant gas, 6000 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled copper condenser with all accessories varied speed including fixing the outdoor unit with suitable stand as site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/ making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including suction and discharge copper pipes with refrigerant including with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor as required at site, Power cabling from Isolator/ Enclosure to unit, first charging of refrigerant gas, drain piping of suitable size including connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooler with inbuilt purifier ozone based technology cooler stainless steel body cold, hot and normal water output most superior water purification technology ozonisation, based on microprocessor , controlled electronic system industrial model with dispenser to ensure the precise operation 90 Litre/ Hour dispensing capacity and steel storage tank and connecting up including taking down the existing old unserviceable cooler from existing location transporting and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed

Supply and install refrigerators, electric driven single phase, double door, digital inverter compressor of energy efficient capacity 285 liters, 240 volt AC with minimum 3 star rated including testing and commissioning and taking down the existing old unserviceable unit from existing location, transporting and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping of both sizes for suction line 5/8" and 1/4" for discharge including thermal insulation class ‘O’ nitrile rubber insulation density 45- 55 kg/m³, for suction/ discharge line, beyond standard length provided with original units by the manufacturer. Notes: i) This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site for Serial item No. 4 & 5 for beyond the length provided by OEM. ii) One run of both 5/8" & 1/4" pipes along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size PVC conduit with one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable including suitable size PVC conduit with one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 2.5 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply & Fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20 Amp, 240 volts 10 KA, C curve and plug to with male ended portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, including jointed with yellow solvents cement laid in walls/cielingor laying in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair for 4 Core 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable including all necessary fixing & fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 32mm flexible hose heavy duty

Supply & Fix MCB SPN 32 Amp, C curve, 240 Volt, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.
