AMC for the work sanitation, up keeping and cleaning of Regional Hospital, Guest house, Officers club, West canteen and Katghori canteen of Churcha township for two (02) years at Churcha (RO) of Baikunthpur Area

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of Inspection chamber of all sizes and capacity including removal and repalcement of top covers wherever required with RCC precast slabs of suitable size, thickness and with proper reinforcement, carying out necessary repairs to damages of the chamber wherever required, disposal of sludge etc at specified places outside the colony with all leads complete job as per nstruction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of choked sewer line and sludge line of all diameter, size etc including excavating trenches, opening of joints, cleaning of pipeline, sealing of jonts complete leakproof wherever required including disposal of sludge outside the colony with all leads and with all tools and tackles complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks of all size and capacity with all tools and tackles including disposal of sludge outside the colony with all leads to a specified place complete job as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge. Septic tank cleaning by mechanical means.

Cleaning moping of panchwati guest house and vip guest house, cleaning of all toilets, bathroom, sanitary fittings, cleaning of all utensils & cleaning of all clothes, fan wall wiring etc with datergent cleaning agents etc i/c all cost of cleaning materials and assistance to cook complete as per instruction of E/C. deploying 11 Labours engaged per day.

Cleaning ,mopping, washing of floor & Upkeeping of Regional Hospital including toilet cleaning neatly with detertent,phynel & other condumable to make the floor clean & hygenic engaging i/c cleaning of all door windows, brooming & cleaning of all road, garden area, all Hospital premises as per instruction of engineer in charge. by deploying 9 Labours per day.

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of officer's club, West & Katghori canteen and its near by premisses. neatly with detergent bleaching powder etc. all complete with tools, tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of general / common toilet including cleaning of WC Pan (Indian / European type) wash basins, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic including providing naphthalene balls in urinals etc. complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC

Removal of garbage waste material, building rubbish, malma & other wasteg by Tractor of 3 Cum capacity or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge (4 trip/day by tractor @ 2.5 Cum)
