Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified .

Dismantling of wall and ceiling Boards(Fiber,pulp, Insulation etc) or insulation Board/slab/blankets any Thinkness including cover fillets complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified

M&L of coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but n. exc. 0.38 Sqm, vertical surfaces, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as backing layer in vertical surfaces of skirting dados repairs to steps complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 20 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of schedule 'A').
