TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORK AT HANUTHANG BATALIK AND BIAMAH IN THE AOR OF AGE BR II KHALTSI UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule 2009 Part-I (Specification) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Sch of rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) with Ammendments 1 to 122,and General Condition of contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata No. 1 to 20 and amendment No.1 to 49 forming part of tender documents,at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule for period of one year from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter subject to contractor's quoted % age {excess (+) or less (-) available at 2nd row from the bottom of this BOQ} on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) .
