Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches , fan regulators, bracket light fittings and ceiling roses, holders and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit and all accessories and 3mm thick new hylam sheet cover over the sunken boxes, including 1 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 2 above but for one socket outlet 5 amp point on independent board with size of cable 1.5 sq mm

M&L for One 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps socket on independent board with 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC wire and one run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable for earth continuty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of switch piano 5 Amp flush type one way single pole 230 Votls complete all as specified and directed. ( Make -Anchor/LEGRAND/ Bajaj/Havells)

S & F in replacement switch socket combination 5 Amp flush type 2 in 1 type, 3 pin, flush type 230 volt complete all as specified and directed. Make -Anchor/LEGRAND/ Bajaj/Havells)

S & F in repaclement stepped type electronic fan regulator,100W ,230V ,50Hz stepped socket type for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Anchor/ LEGRAND/Bajaj/Havells.)

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep including taking down after re-winding, oiling, greasing and re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 12 hereinbefore but for one exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm

S & F in replacement Ball bearing (type - Single row deep groove ball bearing) for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep bearing No -6201/ 6202 complete all as specified and directed. (Make - TATA / SKF)

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Batten type tube light fitting of 20 watt suitable for surface and wall mounted with polycarbonate and integrated electronic driver including twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of size 1 sq mm from connector to ceilling rose complete all as specified and directed.
