Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous mecadam surface in area n.exc. 400 Sqm & exc. 50 mm and n. exc. 100 mm deep Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to Pot holes any depth nexc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binders 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings. 6.3mm size and again well ramming (including supply) of pre mixed macadam binder and chippings)depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm.using paving bitumen Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen any penetration 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonner capacity filler 43 grade opc @ 2% by weight of bitumen or as per the job mix desigh shall be added Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note the amount for quantity of cement used shall be paid separately).

Supply only cement OPC 43 grade (refer item No. 7) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Solar Cat Eyes size 125 x 125 x 25 mm (Model No. Dard Eye DA-110-DHRUV) made out from aluminium alloy fixed as per complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Road Stud/cat eye made of ABS material fixed as per complete all as specified and directed. (Model : Dark Eye, DA - 978/DA-51/DA-52 or Samsonite) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix delinator 70 cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, with two numbers reflectors 110 mm dia of ABS body, including necessary earth work in excavation and cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30 cm x 30 cm inculding necessary depth Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, convex mirror of 800 mm dia size including earth work in excavation and cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30 cm x 30 cm including necessary depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
