Construction of Football Ground at Choskorethang Taisuru.Under DP

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

Preparation of subgrade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 meters.

Supplying and stacking at site .good earth including compaction to required density as per engineer incharge.

Earth work in excavation by Mechanicals means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1,5 mtr in width) and for shafts,wells,cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in All kinds of soil. @60%

Random rubble masonry with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including leveling with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1: cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone agg, 20mm nominal size. ) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6, 1 cement: 6 fine sand.

Supplying and laying of well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and below laid in proper camber and cross sesction compaction by poer road roller including all sort of lead and lift complete.

Providing and laying of synthetic artifical football turf of FIFA approved of preffered brand and manufacture/supplier and to be installed by FIFA certified builder . The job includes cutting , fixing and installing silica and sand for stablization and SBR granule for performance infill on the top as per FIFA recomenedation and specification.
