Providing and fitting fixing of 7500 GPH & 15 HP,76mtr Head water lubricated submersible pump motor set of maximum 200mm outer dia with maximum 3(three) stages coupled with required wet and non-over loading submersible motor suitable for 340-440 volts,3 phase 50Hz A.C supply and star delta method of starting alongwith 35mx1x2x3x10 sqmm joint less PVC 3(three) core double length flat cable(continuous length) of suitable size fitted with submersible motor, suction case, strainer, coupling key, vertical non-return valve cum discharge case in/c supplying of 10Nos. suitable guard with clips & nuts & bolts,2(two) pair M.S column clamps in/c. installation of submerssible pump and motor upto the depth of 100 ft by GI pipe(conforming to IS: 1239 medium class) for Column assembly which will be suppiled by the agency at his own cost as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge conforming to terms & conditions of the contract(each pump with motor shall consist of Stainless closed type impeller, C.I bowl, C.I discharge case,pump shaft(Stainless Steel ), bush(Bronze), Shaft sleeve(Bronze/chromium), sand guard, windening, motor, startor, counter thrust plate, thrust plate, thrust bearing segment etc conforming to related BIS codes.

Providing and fabrication of column pipe including fitting fixing of GI flange by cutting the G.I pipe(Conforming to IS: 1239 Medium class) into 3.05 mtr. long and welding the same with GI flange as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & placing filter gravel having effective size of 3 mm to 25 mm & uniformity coefficient of not more than 1.70 and or less than 1.30 obtained from Baraker River, West bengal as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & placing rapid gravity filter sand having effective size 0.5 mm to 1.00 mm & uniformity coefficient of not more than 1.70 and or less than 1.30 obtained from Baraker River, West bengal as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & placing of anthracite coal(3mm to 6mm) of SP Gr. 1.4 in IRP as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Charge for spreading of filter media(sand and gravel ) inside the Package Type I.R.P. as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (excluding the cost of sand and gravel).
